| Scene Of the Incident on Bingley Road Saltaire

Police and Ambulance crews attended a collision this afternoon on Bingley Road at Saltaire, Shipley. They received the call at about 3.10pm where a school bus and a van had collided. The front of the van was lodged in the metal barriers on the side of the road. The bus windshield had been shattered by the collision and the rear of the van badly damaged also.The passengers
left the Transdev bus after the crash, and a police spokesman said:
“There were no serious injuries". An ambulance was called as a
precaution and
there were traffic delays with a small stretch of one lane blocked by
the two vehicles. Police are now investigating the cause of the
accident.
