Leeds Warehouse Fire on Armley Road.

Parts of Armley Road in Leeds were closed this evening as fire crews dealt with a fire at Yorkshire Plastic Recycling Ltd’s warehouse, in Branspeth Place. Calls were received to control at around 6.15pm today (01/01/2014).
Fire crews from Leeds, Stanningley, Gipton, Hunslet, Morley, Stanks, Rothwell, Batley and Odsal tackled the fire.

Smoke rising from the side the building

Fire crews used 2 Large jets and 3 Breathing apparatus sets, the fire affected only a small part of the building as crews acted swiftly to prevent the fire from spreading.
