Leeds Road, Bradford had to be closed earlier this evening (17:05hrs) whilst Fire Police and Ambulance crews dealt with a 2 vehicle road traffic collision near it's junction with Thornbury Avenue.

| The vehicle debris after roof removal |
A female casualty was trapped in her Vauxhall car and was released by firefighters from Bradford by removing the roof from the vehicle. The casualties were taken by ambulance to hospital.

The road has since reopened. Fire appliances from Bradford attended.
